How to drink a good mezcal:
It’s all about the ‘mezcalito’ ¡Salud!
Buen Suceso straight.
Serve with a square of dark chocolate.
Simply sip Buen Suceso and savour the tastes accompanied with a bite of dark chocolate.
3cl Mezcal
3cl Cranberry juice
2cl Chambord liqueur
1cl Blackberry syrup
Fresh lime juice
Muddle all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Chill a Martini glass with ice. Remove the ice and pour the mix into the glass.
4 cl Mezcal Buen Suceso
2 cl Pineapple juice
1.5 cl Cranberry juice
2 cl Fresh lime juice
0.5 cl Agave nectar
A great, fruity introductory cocktail for new mezcal drinkers. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and serve on the rocks with ice.
Decoration: Garnish with a lime wedge

½ oz. Orange liqueur
1 ½ oz. Orange juice
½ oz. Syrup
Muddle all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Chill a Martini glass with ice. Remove the ice and salt the edges. Pour the mix into the glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
2oz. Buen Suceso
¼ oz. Lemon juice
2 thin slices of cucumber
3 fresh mint leaves
½ oz. syrup
Muddle the mint leaves and the cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker. Add other ingredients and ice. Shake and strain into a chilled old fashion glass. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
2oz. Buen Suceso
2oz. Lemon juice
1oz. Worcestershire sauce
6oz. Tomato juice
Pinch of salt and pepper
Shake all ingredients together and strain into a chilled Boston glass. Garnish with a celery stalk.
